This policy describes the Pizu AI service available on this website. For questions about data or requests concerning your information, email support@pizuai.com.

Account and generation information

Authentication is provided by Supabase using Google sign-in. Google shares your account identifier, email address, name and profile picture with the authentication service according to your consent. Pizu AI does not receive your Google password. The image service stores a hashed account identifier with generation records.

When you generate an image, your prompt and any uploaded reference are sent to the image processing provider, GrsAI, to fulfill your request. Do not upload sensitive personal information or photos you are not authorized to use. Provider handling of submitted content is also subject to that provider’s policies; Pizu AI does not claim that all providers have identical retention or training practices.

What Pizu AI stores

The current image service records a job identifier, hashed account or guest identifier, tool mode, model, provider task identifier, status, result URL, error information and timestamps. Signed, essential cookies identify guest sessions and authenticated accounts. A salted hash of the connection IP address, changed daily, helps enforce the anonymous daily limit. Guest generation records may be linked to the first account signed in from that guest session, so those attempts count toward its allowance. These records support results, request limits and recovery after interruptions. The application does not save the original prompt or uploaded reference in its generation database.

A reference and prompt may be temporarily stored in your browser to carry your draft through sign-in. Reference drafts expire after one hour and are removed when restored. Your browser also keeps a recent job identifier so the page can resume an existing request. Clearing site data removes these browser records.

Generated images are delivered from the provider through an authenticated endpoint. Their availability is temporary; download images you want to keep. We currently retain job records without a fixed automatic deletion schedule. You may contact us to request deletion of identifiable records we control.

Prompt tools

Image to Prompt and Image Prompt Optimizer send your submitted image or text to GrsAI for image understanding or prompt rewriting. Uploaded images are resized in your browser before analysis. Pizu AI does not save these uploads or raw source ideas in the prompt-tool database. The database records a hashed session or account identifier, a daily salted IP bucket for guest limits, task type, status, time and the returned prompt for retry protection. Entries become eligible for deletion after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent prompt requests; this is not a continuously scheduled deletion service. Your browser keeps text drafts and results in session storage until you clear them or close that browser session. Taking a prompt to the image generator transfers its text, not the uploaded image. Provider retention follows the provider’s policies.

Hosting, images and technical data

Pizu AI is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Supabase for authentication. Hosting and security providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, request details and authentication cookies. Some illustrative page images load from Unsplash; loading them can send normal network request information to that service. The application does not include an advertising tracker.

Support messages

The contact page opens an email draft in your email app. Pizu AI’s website does not submit that draft automatically. If you send an email, we receive its contents and return address and use them to respond to your request.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a reference, stop using the service, clear browser site data, or contact us about access, correction or deletion. Some tools require a photo to perform their function. Requests about records held independently by a provider may need to be addressed to that provider.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. For questions before submitting content, contact support@pizuai.com.
